Untitled Landscape

Abstract landscape artwork in deep blue, cream, ochre, and rust tones. Layered, textured forms suggest clouds, water, land, and a horizontal horizon-like band across the center.

Post Script

A landscape, kind of, if you squint.

This one’s about earth, water, and sky refusing to stay in their lanes. There’s a horizontal band through the middle that wants to be a horizon, but instead it just cuts the thing in half, because apparently unity was never the goal.

I’m not into landscapes you actually look at, I’m into ones you sort of half-remember wrong. The surface and color fragments are doing their best impression of geology and weather, and yeah, it’s a little unsettled. So am I.
